Not satisfied or accidentally ordered the wrong item? We're sorry to hear that, but of course it's no problem. You can return your order to us without any issues.
You have the right to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact us at: revision.bnl@hamelinbrands.zendesk.com
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your product without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you receive your order. The period is extended if the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday.
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. You can only return the product if it is unused and, if possible, still in the original packaging. We will take care of the costs if you choose to return the goods. Please always contact us in advance at:revision.bnl@hamelinbrands.zendesk.com
Outstanding refunds will be paid within 14 days.
